Document Collaboration Made Easy (and Secure)
It’s common for Confluence users to want input from a customer or outside party on a document. A sales or legal team could need a client to review a contract. A product developer may want input from a customer or partner on a design. A marketer might be collaborating on a website or article with an external designer or writer.
In native Confluence, these users have to purchase additional Confluence licenses for the external party, or copy the information into some other shareable format. External Share for Confluence means they don’t have to do either.
✔ Allows external users to view, comment on, and add attachments to Confluence pages
✔ Generates unique links with time limits, passwords, and easy-to-specify permissions
✔ External users don’t need an Atlassian account or Confluence license
✔ Available on Cloud, Server, and Data Center
✔ Lite version available with reduced features
Review:
“As straightforward as it gets, just what we needed to share specific pages of our wiki with a broader audience via a link, without them needing to log in. Relatively new offering, keeps being improved on by its responsive developer.”

“Excellent plugin. Many well thought out features. Certainly fixes one of the main issues with Confluence. Great customer support too.”

“The app does exactly what we need in order to send our Confluence content to audiences without Confluence licenses. It is very simple to use, and Tom and the Old Street Solutions team has been amazing in engaging with our team with regards to support. Huge thanks and kudos to the OSS team!”
